Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and original packaging. To initiate a return please email hello@veramaren.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Personalized Items

Items with custom engraving are non-refundable unless there is a craftsmanship defect on our part. If we make an error on your engraving we will remake and reship your piece immediately at no cost to you.


Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a different size or style. To arrange an exchange please email hello@veramaren.com with your order number.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us at hello@veramaren.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

Every Vera Maren piece is covered by a lifetime guarantee against craftsmanship defects. If a clasp breaks, a setting fails, or the finish deteriorates under normal wear conditions at any point — send it back and we will repair or replace it at no cost. No receipt required. No time limit.
