Every Vera Maren piece is made to order. Please read below so you know exactly what to expect.
Production time
Because every piece is handcrafted and engraved by hand after you order, please allow 5–7 business days for your piece to be made before it ships. This is not a delay — this is the process. Your piece does not exist until you order it.
Shipping
- Standard shipping (US): 3–5 business days after production — Free on orders over $100
- Express shipping (US): 1–2 business days after production — $14.95
- International shipping: 7–14 business days after production — rates calculated at checkout
All orders ship with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your piece leaves our hands.
Returns & exchanges
We stand behind every piece we make. If something is not right, we will make it right.
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Personalized pieces (engraved with a name or word) are non-refundable unless there is a craftsmanship defect
- If your engraving contains an error on our part, we will remake and reship at no cost — immediately

Lifetime craftsmanship guarantee
Every Vera Maren piece comes with a lifetime guarantee against craftsmanship defects. If a clasp breaks, an engraving fades, or a setting fails — at any point, ever — send it back and we will repair or replace it. No receipt required. No time limit. No questions.
