1. About Vera Maren
Vera Maren is a handcrafted jewelry brand selling personalized, made-to-order pieces through veramaren.com. All pieces are handmade and engraved by hand after your order is placed.
2. Orders and payment
- All prices are listed in USD
- We accept major credit cards and PayPal via Shopify Payments
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in the case of pricing errors or fraudulent activity
3. Personalized and made-to-order items
Because every Vera Maren piece is made to order and personalized with your engraving, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Please double-check your engraving details before submitting — we cannot make changes once production has begun.
- Engraving is limited to 12 characters including spaces
- We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer
- If we make an error on our end, we will remake and reship at no cost
4. Shipping and delivery

5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including photography, copy, design, and the Vera Maren name and logo — is the intellectual property of Vera Maren. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Vera Maren is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
